Mission
Provide an internship experience for students in Barbados at the Barbados Water Authority to build capacity on, and co-create knowledge on water sector resilience. The internship covers 240 hours of work over at least 6 weeks, but up to 12 weeks.
On the Internship Program
As a summer intern you will get to work with a variety of staff while working on real life projects that help the BWA grow and serve the BWA customers and community at large. In the role of BWA summer Intern you will be provided with:
- A real-world experience on exciting projects related to Water Sector Resilience in Barbados
- Connections with recent graduates and BWA’s company leaders
- Performance of assignments under the direct supervision of a Department/Project Partner sponsor
- Performance of other work-related duties as needed
