The first phase of the SCADA upgrade was the migration from the current SCADA (Factory Talk) to Ignition. This process took about 14 months (ended in Feb 2022), and it increased the measures of control and visibility of national water distribution.
The next steps in phase two will further enhance SCADA for the BWA to make critical water distribution decisions.
