The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC) entered a contract with Quality Systems Solutions & Initiatives (QSSI) to deliver ISO 450011 training to personnel from Barbados Water Authority (BWA) and other interested stakeholders. The purpose of the report is to provide an assessment of implementation and auditing techniques training provided to the BWA. The Implementation course was conducted over a period of ten (10) weeks from April 6 to June 22, 2021, while the Auditing techniques course was conducted between the period July 20 and August 10, 2021, over four days.
